Allana Ferguson bio
Allana was picked to be a part of Australia in the Rugby Sevens 2013, but the knee injury that followed kept her off the field. It took many years to Allana to re-enter rugby league. Allana had a great time at the helm of New South Wales in her debut women's Rugby League game against Queensland and participated in the 2015 season. Allana is also a regular radio presenter, appearing frequently as part of 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana is a teacher with a complete qualification outside of sports. Allana Ferguson has the unique privilege of representing Australia in three sports: rugby sevens (rugby league) as well as touch the rugby union. Allana Ferguson, Jillaroos' star rugby player is forced to end her career in the league due to breaking her ACL four times. She had torn the ligament at the same knee between was between the ages of 15 and 17 and after a fourth tear it meant Ferguson's time was over.
