Morgan starred on a video on AIDS recognition and treatment, Safe Sex for Men and Women. Proceeds from the video were donated in part towards the American Foundation for AIDS Research. She is part of the Entertainment Industry AIDS Task Force. Morgan also led other fundraising projects and also gave testimony on a Congressional panel discussing AIDS awareness. Morgan is a member of the board of Governors of APLA. C. Everett's former deputy surgeon general requested occasionally to be his substitute during AIDS awareness activities. Additionally, she hosted the AIDS Awareness Special presented by Steve Bell. Ted Koppell and Morgan have made appearances on Nightline at least twice, to discuss AIDS. Morgan is nominated to be an Emmy award winner in Diane English's Murphy Brown Special Episode written especially for Morgan. This spring, Morgan costarred with Joan Rivers as Your Money or Your Wife on ABC television. The summer began with Murder At The PTA Luncheon that was created by Von Zerneck/Sertner. It also starred Cindy Williams and Marla Gibbs. Her next project brought Morgan to Luxembourg for Harmony Gold's production Sherlock Holmes and the Leading Lady that also featured Christopher Lee and Patrick McNee. Morgan has also appeared in a psychological suspense drama produced exclusively by USA Network. This thriller garnered the best ratings of all time for the channel.
